Leipzig rapper and beatmaker Harry Breast delivers his second solo album here. Titled "Vom Bürgersteig zum Stammtisch " the 63kg (145lb) powerhouse rails against populist anger, self-proclaimed truth gurus, and macho posturing. Relaxed lines about self-irony, gaming controllers, and the loneliness of the recording studio also find their place. His work is musically underpinned by funky, self-produced boom bap beats. The title "In Eigenregie" (Self-Directed) says it all. However, there's also some outside support. His Mortal Kombat rival, DJ FlashCAT, provides the cuts. Yung Hesslich settles in with smooth Moog sounds. Aglie827 describes the hard-knock life of a cat dad, and Mont Blond delivers artwork that couldn't be more fitting for Harry Breast's superhero persona.
